Proceso de selección largo y exigente.
Participé en tres entrevistas y tuve que aprender tecnologías como Docker, Kubernetes y Vue para realizar correctamente el ejercicio técnico, el cual completé sin problemas.
Lo más decepcionante fue la falta de comunicación: no informan si has sido descartado ni ofrecen ningún tipo de feedback para mejorar.
Recomiendo valorar bien si merece la pena invertir tiempo en esta empresa, especialmente si esperas un trato más transparente y constructivo.

First interview was online with a People & Culture Specialist located in Spain. She would be one of the colleagues for this role. She would then review with the Manager and afterwards next step was physical meeting at Copenhagen office with the potential manager.
