Very positive environment and friendly. Make sure you get your parking validated. The building was nice and air conditioned. The teams are nice and the people are team players. The location is prime in the heart of busy down town Dallas Texas. Dallas has tollways though, so keep that in mind when applying.

I applied online and about a week later was told to take an online personality test and a basic skills test as that is the first step in the interview process. It was all pretty basic questions and nothing technical was asked. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Interview
You take a 15 minute online test with math and english questions. If you score high enough, you will be invited for an interview - at the interview you will take the 15 test again before meeting the hiring manager.
