We have got a very decent hiring process for
1> GET
2> Management trainee
3>NICMAR people
4> Masters degree
basically they have 2 process , one is aptitude and another one is done by HR & TECHNICAL BOTH.

Question 1
After qualifying your aptitude there might be some good question related to your technical aspect .and then in HR they see the curiosity .mostly they are having some gentle talk .
