Larsen and toubro had come to our college for placements. They offered us a package of 3.34L. On the first day we had to clear the aptitude test which consisted of around 75 questions. Duration of the test was 70 minutes. It was very lengthy. Impossible to complete. The level of difficulty was average. Sectional cut-off is there. I suggest that a part of each section be attempted first. After clearing the aptitude test, next is a one on one interview. They asked me very general HR questions first. And then a few technical questions as well. They ask very basic stuff, which you ought to know. like about diodes, 555 timer, integrator circuits etc.
