Interview
First they ask about cgpa
Then they ask about family bakground and keep asking details for about 30 mins. They basically want to know if you come from poor economic background and so will continue to work for them despite low pay and long working hours. You are generally expected to work long hours. They also want to know if someone from close family member is closely involved in police/legal system, so that they know whether you can retailiate back if you are ever exploited.
Then only they start asking technical questions. After that preferences for specific role
The interview went well, and I interacted well with the peer interviewer. I clearly explained the questions and felt confident throughout the discussion, showcasing my knowledge and communication skills effectively.
It was good. They asked about telling about myself . Further they asked questions regarding python basics and told to perform some DSA using python. Further they ask to perform prime no. using python.
The interview process at the company called as the Larsen and Toubro was very enriching and was definitely a learning experience for me as a fresh graduate willing to intern with the firm.
