I applied online. I interviewed at Latisys (Irvine, CA) in May 2017
Interview
I was asked to prepare a slideshow and present it to a panel. It was a mock presentation of a DR proposal. I was told that the intent of this exercise was to demonstrate my presentation skills and ability to communicate, and that I would be judged on presentation, not the content.
After the presentation, I was given feedback that my “DR proposal” was not technically sound. I was critiqued on the choices of redundancy and locations, etc. If they were going to judge me on this criteria, they should have made it clear from the start, instead of providing me false criteria for the presentation. It was a waste of time and preparation, but if this is a preview of their culture, I am glad that I failed it.

Interview
Hiring manager contacted me via LinkedIn. Interviewed with him first. Second interview was with an SE and the VP of Sales.
Lost interest when I was told "we expect our sales people to be in the office between the hours of 8am - 6pm". MIcro-management? No thanks!
