Laugh Out Loud Ventures interview questions

The interview was easy. I had to interview with the CEO. It was done through WhatsApp. It was very chill. The questions were pretty basic. Overall, it got over pretty quickly.

A whatsapp interview with ceo with 2 qns only, followed by f2f interview. I sat in a room with 2 other people(probably interns) sitting on revolving chairs with laptops on their lap!(no desks) The interviewer walks in and asks if i have done internship before and my education. Then he explains about their business and how i m supposed to recruit marketing executives from my own network!(not how hr works) after i find some people on my own i will be given access to database then. He justs emails me my offer letter right there with stipend half of what was stated in the ad. I asked for day to think and walk out of there . The ceo is lying down on the floor and chatting with an employee. They offer internship to anyone who applies.
