There wasn't really an interview process. Just some questions over zoom. Both name partners were in the interview and they took turns asking questions. I was able to ask some questions of my own at the end of the interview.

Interview
The interview process was routine, but the two young managers appeared ill-prepared to interview an experienced legal secretary. The experience wasn't negative -- more uncomfortable as I felt I had to do all the talking. I think those who interview should be prepared to ask more than one question and be more welcoming.
