Sent in resume online and received an email from their company recruiter within a day. Was not impressed with her at all, she made it very clear that she was not focused on our conversation or even really interested in hearing about my background. Halfway through our call decided this was not a company I wanted to move my career into. What she said towards the end of the call really disgusted me, "well you might hear from me or you might not, if not just assume you were wrong." Excuse me, you can't email or call stating I have or have not been selected? I took the time to apply and speak with you, but you can't give the courtesy of finishing out the process? Poor hiring practice! Do not try to preach that you are a family compnay and diffrent from other chains, when in reality you are exactly the same. First impression are important and you did a poor job of representing Lazy Dog Restaurants. Will not work for or recommend Lazy Dog Restaurant.
