Interview
Very calm and chill, just sat down at one of the restaurant's tables and spoke for about fifteen to twenty minutes maximum. Super easy going and not intimidating. Heard back in the next few days following my interview and started the day after that.
Everything was alright, three hour trial shift, no interview needed, no questions asked. Trial shift was during the busy lunch time with two more waiters. No brief training, they expected that nothing needs to be explained.

Interview
They called me two days after that I had applied and asked me to come on an interview and a trial shift in the restaurant. When I arrived in the restaurant we first had a short interview and then the 3 hours trial shift. After they asked be if I wanted the job.
