Simple and straight forward process that starts with a screening then meet with a hiring manager, before you hear back of next steps. The interview process is done online via Zoom I think.
Aphone call with the head of engineering. An unpleasant man from Idaho who revels in the power he has. He joined a year ago and forced the team to switch from Ruby on Rails to NextJS. A completely incompetent leader who only wants “yes men” who won’t challenge him or make him feel dumb.
Don’t waste your time with him or this company. They aren’t going anywhere unless it’s at your expense.

They care deeply about punctuality, so do not be late to any phase of interviews. I have had interviewers late to a meeting by 1 or 2 minutes, it's not something I sweat in either direction but they will, so make sure you're good to go ahead of time and take it serious.
