Online application followed up by on-site interview with the co-founders themselves! The co-founders were great and created a very comfortable and easy going interview environment. The questions they asked were very easy to answer and were focused on discovering how I would be a good fit to the company, and how the company would be a good fit for me. Great interview process with great people!
I did a phone Interview with one of the founders, an in person interview with both founders and a team interview where we played heads up. They basically want someone who they know are gonna work hard and be dedicated to helping the business grow.

Interview
Great experience! There was a brief phone interview, followed by an in person interview, and later written assignment. The process was over a couple of weeks (they are a start up so everyone is very busy). I interviewed with two staff members and then two higher up players. They have an awesome office by the Beltline and everyone was very friendly! Very down to earth environment. If I hadn't excepted another position I would have loved to continue the process.
