First there was an online interview, and then I went to the centre and submitted a form, quizzing me about the company and how it works (with information booklet), before working with the children alongside another tutor.

his was a complete waste of time. We were made to spend four hours doing a debate yet received no response back. No tutor-related questions were asked and the whole session felt unprofessional. On top of that some staff members had an attitude which made the experience even worse.
