Learning Without Tears Customer Service Manager (CSM) interview questions

The process is disorganized, dehumanizing and a complete waste of time. The recruiter was nice but horrible with follow-up, timelines, and communication. Hours of wasted time talking to 12-13 people to have lack of responsiveness.
