Interview
Applied through university recruiting page. They emailed and set up a call. Talked to two people about basics on why IB, why in healthcare, and minor technical questions. Make sure you ask meaningful questions at the end. Try to be articulated in your answers and let them hear your confidence in pursuing the position.
4-5 phone interviews with analysts, associates, and one VP. Then flown out for superday. Had interviews with many of the same people, and also one MD. Short superday overall. Go through all the M&I questions.
