Had an extensive phone interview. After several days was invited to do a love interview. The questions ranged from personal to work related to technical knowledge. After several days I received an offer email describing the pay and job benefits.

Would I be willing to switch between 1st second and third shift each month.

Interview
They follow HR best practices and give every prospective employee the same interview questions. This consisted of word association, questions about how you turned a negative situation into a positive one, and things you have learned along the way.
There were two frustrating aspects of the process. One was being assured I can contact the HR rep with any questions. I had two small follow-up questions which I called back on but I never heard back. I was also assured that someone will get back to me within a week or two informing me if I will be asked for a second interview or not. I never heard from them again. I followed up after 5 weeks and was assured someone would get back to me. Nothing.
