Started with a phone interview with recruiter. Then, I was scheduled for a technician screening. After passing the first screening, I was scheduled for two more technical screenings and then a meeting with the hiring manager. The technical screenings were disorganized. The interviewers were unaware of the previous screenings. They would have had me doing the same challenges, had I not informed them that I had already completed the challenge. I always ask for feedback at the end of the interview. Interviewers all have positive things to say. Therefore, I expected to receive an offer after completing the interview process. However, I never received an offer or rejection from the recruiter. Very dissatisfied with there communication.
