Received a request via email and then had a phone interview and then proceeded with the phone interview, which was not hard. did not have to use the star method or anything like that.

I had two interviews back to back, one with two managers of the Outbound sales team and one with two managers of the Inbound team. Not sure if this is typical. I think most everyone else interviewed with only the team they applied for.
