Had a call with the founder then had to create a presentation to present to the team. Took over a month and inconsistent communication for them to get back to me.
It is not hard, but they ask you to present a social media project to see how you would run their accounts, first virtually and then in person in Austin, TX. It is an okay process.

The 1st Interview was with a Hiring Manager.
The 2nd Interview was with a Founder.
Both were great conversations but during scheduling it was unclear if initial conversation was with recruiter or a direct manager.
