Legends Incorporated Graduate Management Trainee interview questions

There is 3 parts, one phone, one personal with the manager and then an assessment with an interview at the end. However, they mislead you on what the job actually is. Whilst I was at my assessment day, I found out that it was a door knocking job for various things and charities which they never mentioned. I don’t see how doing that for 12 months trains you to be a manager. You spend 10 hours door knocking, and only get paid if you get a sign up. When I was there, the girl that showed me around only got one which is only £20 for that full day! Half way through the day, our driver, who also worked there, quit and abandoned us in Sevenoaks far from where we started, and before hand when I asked about working for the company he was told to be quiet by my assessor. It was all very unprofessional. We were told that we would be observing the day to day, but they made it seem as if we would be in the office - not walking around for 10 hours. Also, the assessor kept trying to invite herself into strangers houses to get the sale whilst I was there which made me very uncomfortable, she also tried to barter a deal for cigarettes from the people who signed up. It was all very misleading, a waste of time and unprofessional. I left once we returned to Maidstone, deciding not to continue to the last interview. It is basically a glorified pyramid scheme with no financial security. You also don’t have to be a graduate, or need any qualifications for the role.
