I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and welcoming. It started with a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, where they explained the company’s vision and values. The team members were engaging, and the interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation. The questions were thought-provoking, and they made sure to give me enough time to fully explain my thoughts. They were very transparent about the role and expectations, which made me feel more confident about how my skills would align with the team’s needs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one question that really stood out was, “Can you describe a time when you successfully navigated a challenging project and how you ensured its successful delivery?” It was a great opportunity to showcase my problem-solving skills and how I approach challenges.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was clear and organized within the process leading to the interview. They took the time to assess me, which made me feel valuable. They began by phone call and proceeded to in person. Any critiques would be maybe a little too casual for my taste and I would mention that they didn't have any scripts, they fired unorganized questions and went with the flow, I would have preferred to have structure to the interview, and they seemed shy as well which is strange as I should be the nervous one. Additionally, after a long and tiring interview as I was on edge wanting to answer all questions to the best of my capabilities, the CEO walked in at the last minute asking me to repeat myself about everything and I felt that damaged my first impression.
