Met with the executive team and was shown around the campus. The interview was fair and concise. After the initial interview, they were in touch regularly and quickly. I felt that I had a good understanding of what the team was looking for.

Firs there was an Interview conversation with principal and tour of school. This was fairly informal. Then it was followed by a tour of the school and a walk through of a lesson plan for the administrators. I met with the principal and associate principal.

Interview
I was taken to the school and introduced to the School Leader by a colleague and Teacher Fair attendee. I was invited to the school to interview with the School Leader and to a second event in which I met with staffers and parent volunteers. This was followed by require drug testing on another campus. I was offered the job. Nearly two months passed between the offer and the contract signing.
