Interview
The interview process consists of three structured steps. The first round is a standard HR interview, focusing on the candidate’s background, motivations, and cultural fit within the organization. This is followed by a technical interview designed to assess the candidate’s knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and role-specific skills. It may involve case studies, technical questions, or practical scenarios. The final round is a discussion with the director, offering a strategic evaluation of the candidate’s potential contribution to the company’s goals and team dynamics. Each stage is designed to progressively evaluate qualifications, ensuring a comprehensive and thoughtful selection process for the ideal candidate.

Interview
Got right into the stock pitch. The whole interview after that was Q&A regarding my pitch. Thesis is the most important part, while they also wanted to delve deeper into the valuations part.

Interview
First round was with the CIO, a standard behavioral/views on the market with one of the VPs over the phone. Second round was with 4 PMs, with a standard stock pitch and follow-up questions as well as macro questions. Final round was with the Co-Founders, who are very humble. Overall experience was average, but after going through 3-4 hours of interviewing, never heard back from the company upon multiple follow-ups.
