      Customer Success Specialist Interview

      29 Oct 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LexBlog (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2016

      Interview

Received an email request for phone screening shortly after submitting my application. After the phone screen, received an email asking for my salary requirements and letting me know they'd like to bring me in to interview with the team. After I responded, it took a couple of days for them to respond back with a time for the interview. At the interview, I spoke with three people. The first two were pleasant and used the normal behavioral interview style. The last person was a different story. This interviewer used the "Stress Interview" style, which I thought was complete overkill for a lower level CS Specialist role. The interviewer asked questions that became pretty unrelated to job performance and was borderline rude. Further, this person, who said they were judging my "cultural fit" for the company, had only been with the company for two months. After the experience with the last interviewer, my interest in working for the company dropped to zero. It's been over two weeks since the interview and I never heard from them again, which is fine since I didn't want the job, but they still should've had the courtesy to send a decision.
