Question 1
Q. Why are you choosing to leave your current role and what can you bring to Lickd?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lickd in Feb 2024
Interview
Initial Screening call, followed by take home test.
I did not really click with interviewer and didn't get a good feel for how it would be working there. My questions were met with the response: "It feels a though you are interviewing me, not the other way round" which is a red flag to me. Interviews are a 2 way street and this one felt very adversarial, in both the questioning style and how mine were received.
I was sent the technical challenge following this call but declined to complete it and withdrew from the process based on the screening call.
