The interview process is a multi-stage process that took four weeks. The interview process started with a recruiter, first was a phone interview , then conducting preliminary interviews in the factory (in-person interviews)

Interview
The usual warning signs; interviewers were late for scheduled interview time, no engineering or technical personnel involved in the interview process, in excess of 3 months from time of job application to call for interview.
There is an expectation that deign engineer personnel with specific skills skill sets can be hired for graduate-level remuneration. HR are clearly not aware of market average salaries, I should not have been called for interview given their intended remuneration offers. Ironically HR complained early in the interview that the cannot attract the skills they require, clearly a case of poor remuneration.
I did not wait for an offer before writing this, based on the unprofessional attitude of HR staff I would not consider working here.
