I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (White Bear Lake, MN) in Jan 2015
Interview
There were two interviews. 1st with Member experience manager and then with the GM. I was told to memorize the Mission Statement and talk about my fitness goals. She never asked me to recite the mission statement. We just had a nice conversation about my retail experience and customer service style. They were both friendly and professional.

Question 1
What is my favorite thing to do at the club? (I was a current member)
What hours/Days can I work?
Would I be willing to help out at another location?
What is my process for dealing with difficult people?
Great people asked a ton of questions as long as you are well prepared and the job is a job you do want with you being in to the gym it is not extremely hard
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2020
Interview
Quick phone interview to see what my availability was and explain a little more about the job. They then called me back a couple hours later to schedule a FaceTime interview. Easy and straightforward process.
Not a positive experience. They took very long to get back to me. Had an unnecessary amount of steps and amount of interviews- 3 in total for a job paying minimum wage and expecting you to buy expensive clothes.

No difficult questions were asked. I was told I'm overqualified even though I'm still a student.
