Interview
I did one interview with the camp supervisor. After that was successful I then a final interview with the GM. The interview with the GM had nothing to do with the position that I was applying for.

Easy. Very simple for anyone, regardless of their experience. A key is to be genuine and energetic. Very informal as well, no need to go super formal in answers or attire.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
Very simple, 15 minute phone interview asking about experience and availability. Then go in for a 15 minute "audition" with a class. The audition is a little more difficult but everyone is very nice. They are looking for creativity and interaction with the kids.
