Interview
I applied online and the interview came in two phases. The first phase of the interview was a group interview, and we were asked about simple things like "how would you resolve a conflict if a child was hurt or children were fighting". Then the second phase occurred after you got a call back saying you passed the initial interview questioning portion. The second phase consisted of the general manager at the location giving a presentation about the company and branding. A very simple interview overall.

Q: How would you resolve a conflict if children were fighting?
Q: What would you do if a child got hurt?
I had a very easy and straightforward conversation with the manager today. They asked me about my previous work experience, any specific experience I have with children, and whether I have any cleaning experience. The overall tone was pleasant and the questions were simple to answer.
I interviewed on zoom, the interviewer was kind and engaging but there was someone else getting interviewed at the same time and I was given no advance notice of this.

Interview
I submit my application online and heard back within a few days. I met with the Kids Academy manager and she asked about my background in childcare and explained more about the job duties. Easy interview.
