Interview
There is a series of interviews with various members of the team. Normally the chain of command is team leads, department head and then the general manager. There will be a phone screening/interview usually with the team lead or department head, then if they see fit they will invite you to an in-person interview usually in a group setting. After you pass the group setting, you will be asked for a solo interview.
Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
