Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Lawrenceville, GA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Prior to the interview, we were asked to prepare a gym game and study the company's mission statement. There were about 10 other interviewees, and we were taken to the child care center to take turns playing our games with the kids. Then we were taken to the General Manager's office and asked basic child care questions, and then asked to recite the mission statement. One person in my group knew it, so the managers told us to come back during the week and recite it, but I never did. I never got an email or phone call saying I got the job, just an email a month later telling me to show up for training.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if a child were running at the pool?
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
Two step interview process with clear easy questions. Genuinely seems like they just want to get to know your personality. In the second interview, they ask you to recite the LifeTime motto and give you the job offer.
