Interview
The interview process was brief. They asked about my involvement with children and if I felt responsible over a few potential tasks. Lastly, they asked how I could define my personal leadership skills. The focus was on how I could benefit the team and reflect healthy culture.

Can you instruct a game for a group of 5-7 year olds?
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
