I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in May 2018
Interview
1 on 1 with the internship manager going over goals and responsibilities. Laid back environment and a pleasant experience. Athletic wear was allowed and the energy of the company was apparent.
Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
