Standard interview questions. Meet with manager which takes the most time due to discussion about scope of position and expectation then meet with gm for seal of approval/disapproval. Interview time is between 20 min to 1 hour. Next is paperwork sent online. Very straightforward.
Just show up and seem happy and you'll get the job. Be able to talk to people and know the mission statement and that's it. You are also required to complete a few hours of online training videos, so just keep your head down and spam the next button periodically.
