Interview
The interview process included a few basic questions about my experience in the field (i.e. what previous experience do you have with child care, how many years have you been in the field, etc.). There were also a few situational questions that were asked. It was a one-on-one interview that lasted around half an hour.

Q: If John (kid) has been throws a tantrum, how will you address it?
Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
