At LifeLabs, we believe in our structured, scripted interview process, where all candidates are asked the same questions in the same order. This approach helps us reduce bias and ensure fairness across the board, even though we understand it may not be as common. That said, we always aim for our interviewers to be warm and engaging, and we ensure time is left at the end of each interview for an open Q&A to give candidates the opportunity to ask questions and further connect.
