Interview
On court interview to see skill level. Additional questions are asked. Really they just want to know if you can play and if you are comfortable in being hard on people and whether you can lead a class. Sometimes there will be a trial run by accompanying a fellow instructor for a lesson or two.

Interview
All employees start with a formal sit down interview with the director to see if they would be a good fit as an instructor. The main function of this is to gauge how available a candidate would be in the role and how they may react to certain scenarios or questions of potential clients. After I had an on-court interview which was mainly used to assess my tennis skills and knowledge and see how I can use them on the job.
