I applied online. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Eden Prairie, MN)
Interview
It felt like an interrogation for committing a crime. Recruiter was relentless in making me feel uncomfortable and "putting me on the spot." Asked same questions repeatedly in circular fashion... She consistently tried to compare my current job and sales statistics to job at Lifetouch. The product types are apples and oranges. They are both products for the K-12 market, but the process and audience greatly differ. Ultimately, I received no offer, but I am not surprised due to the constant hammering from the recruiter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many customers do you currently serve and how much do you plan to increase customer base this year?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lifetouch
Interview
The interview process was less than professional. It was obvious that the interviewer didn't want to be there. Ridiculous for any company. Initially a phone interview then moved to a zoom process.
Initial screening by HR with very basic questions, followed by Microsoft teams meeting with national sales manager and district sales manager . More in depth interview, but very conversational and friendly.
