Met hiring manager at a Panera bread, we got coffee and talked over my resume. They went over each job that I’ve had and then proceeded to inform me that ‘most people don’t last at this job’ which was a red flag

How do you deal with screaming crying babies for a few hours a day?
I met with one person. Very comfortable and easy setting. We met over coffee and later I had a phone interview with another hiring manager and it was very comfortable as well
I was contacted days after submitting application by a recruiter and and had a zoom interview the following work day. The whole interview was less than an hour and mostly consisted with what if scenarios.

Interview
We met at a Panera and It was a standard interview. Nothing to crazy. She asked my experience with children and then I had 2 phone interviews after that. those were standard as well with mostly the same questions.
