It consisted of a tour of the campus, a 20 minute demo lesson and a panel interview with the AP and talent acquisition team which lasted about 30 minutes. Much faster than other school interviews.

Interview
They had one way video interview through sparks hire. This allows the applicant to have the ability to watch his/her answers before submitting them. Also, the applicant do not have to record the answers all in one sitting. He/she can stop and come back at a later time.
