First, I had a phone chat with Lightspeed's Talent Acquisition Specialist. It was basically an initial screening interview and he was very personable and easy to talk to. Next was a Zoom interview with one of the department managers. We talked about my resume and experience, and I got to know more about the role. Again, it was a very pleasant experience. Then I completed a take-home writing assignment, which I had three days to do. After that I had one final interview with two managers. This was a general, easygoing conversation where we talked about the company, position, and my choices for the assignment.

Applied online, got a phone interview, send a writing sample in FR and EN within 48hrs, went to second round for in person interview. HR was professional throughout. Had the opportunity to speak in an informal manner with current content specialists.
