As a candidate, all I was seeking was a simple update on whether my interview went well or not, in order to help me improve my interview skills for future opportunities. The initial approach from Lightspeed seemed positive, and the interviewer appeared willing to progress my application or at least inform me if it wasn't the case. However, the subsequent silence has left me disappointed and confused.
