The interview procedure encompassed four distinct stages. It commenced with an initial interaction with the Talent Manager, followed by an engagement with the line manager, afterwards by a team presentation, and ultimately concluded with a discussion involving an indirect manager. Although I had the opportunity to visit the office physically, all the interviews were conducted remotely. Interestingly, as I advanced through the stages, the emphasis on showcasing my technical prowess diminished, with a greater focus on how well I would integrate within the team and align with their values. My presentation required substantial preparation, facilitated by the extended two-week window I was given. A notable aspect that resonated with me was that my line manager abstained from participating in the presentation, allowing for an unbiased evaluation from the team's perspective. While my interaction with the talent team could have been more seamless—likely influenced by the summer holiday period—my experience remained positive overall. This attentive care contributed to my progression through the stages, eventually culminating in a job offer, which I gladly accepted.
