Overall, my recent interview experience was okay, but I did feel the recruiter was rushing through the process. While the questions were straightforward and based on my experience, I didn’t get the sense of a real conversation or a warm environment. I think that left me feeling a bit off balance
First phone call was an HR screening, then it was an interview. The second interview was intimidating, first half was behavioural questions, generic interview questions. The second half was a mock call.
