HR lady called me and told me it was an entry level position and told me i had an interview with the supervisor. The interview was very unprofessional, not a single behaviour question or typical interview questions. I was interviewed by the maintenance supervisor and electrician. It was all technical questions related to a journeyman electrician for some reason i don't know how a new grad would answer these questions. They would then mock you on your skills and laugh at you for answering a question wrong. Told me to stick to working in an office and told me to go to the electrical section of home depot. Worst interview of my life, they will literally tell you to give up on your dreams of working in the field of electricity. I had to stress 3-4 times that "isnt this a entry level position? Im suppose to learn from you" At the end of the interview they will show you around the plant which in my point looked really unsafe.. the forklift driver didnt even horn you while he was driving and the electrician showing me around almost tripped over some welding wire LOL. Complete joke if you ask me. If you plan on applying here make sure you ignore the "entry level" in the description and make sure you have depth knowledge in 3 phase motors, contactors and PLCs.
