Lincoln Industrial interview questions

Beware! Interview process involved initial phone screen followed by a face to face in the lobby of a Holiday Inn. Basically, you can forget about any discussions pertaining to your technical talents, acumen or management experience. The dialogue was solely focused on past or current sales numbers. What were your previous sales quotas, attainment levels, largest sale ever made, etc. He seemed to care about nothing else - or that he was speaking with another human being. There was no interactive conversation - just robotic Q & A.
