The interview process consisted of two rounds. A 1-hour behavioral interview focused on motivation, fit, and prior transaction experience, followed by a 1-hour technical interview covering valuation methodologies, accounting concepts, and M&A case discussions.
3 rounds (intro interview with technicals and fit. Second round was a case study where the task was to pitch a company combined with a valuation assessment and the last round was interview with two MDs)

First round of interview over phone with the recruiting team all consisting of behavioral questions and then superday with multiple rounds consisting of typical behavioral and technicals questions. Superday involved senior level bankers looking to know you as a person.
