Interview process had a quick turnaround but after the second interview no response / feedback was received even after myself following up. Interview was not difficult and the interviewers were friendly

It was easy-average. I had a screening call with HR and in a couple of days they sent a message to book in the video interview. Had two video interview stages, one with the manager and one with the CEO. The manager did not pay too much attention to the answers, looked away and overall seemed busy and indifferent. Several weeks passed until I heard back from them but received an offer.
