The entire process took 3 weeks only because we had the holiday season in the middle of it. I had chance to do 3 interviews: the first one with the CEO by phone call and the other two on a video chat with sales and HR. Through the entire process they were very polite, prompt to listen my stories and answering my questions. They explained everything I should expect and how the team works. In the first interview, they asked "what was my greatest weakness". I said that one of them was my strong accent and that i was working on that. They immediately said that it was not a problem at all, that it is part of who I am and something to be proud of. I was so glad to hear that and I will never forget it. Unfortunately with COVID situation they had to stop the hires for now but I can say that it was a good experience.
