I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (La Habra, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
In-person interview. You will complete a test which is an hour long (more or less). Then you will interview with an assistant manager. Questions are fairly easy, use your common sense. If you pass you will move on to the next process which is training and filling out hiring paperwork with a supervisor at a larger store.

Interview
Was a very quick interview and a super chill manager. Waited 10 minutes for someone to interview me. I later got offered a job there and hired on the spot. The interview was briefly 5 minutes long, it was just us standing outside the store.
Easy, if they need you they'll take you as long as you give cookie cutter answers and are a normal human being. Not much to it besides that. It's an easy highschool job
I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Dothan, AL)
Interview
The interview was straight-forward and friendly. The manager started with "Tell me a little about yourself." Then she wanted to know about my availability and told me she would likely be calling me back based off of that.
